How We Use AI
AI tools help find, draft and check stories on this site. A named editor is responsible for every story, and the facts are verified against the primary source before publication.
Where AI is used
AI tools monitor official announcement feeds and research repositories to find candidate stories, draft story text in the site's format, and check that every number and date in a draft appears in the primary source. They also generate the share image for each story (a text card, no photographs).
Where it is not used
AI does not decide what is true. Every fact must exist in the primary source or the story says it is not stated. AI does not write rumours, predictions or quotes, and it is not used to produce images of people or events.
Who is responsible
Emre Alemdar is the editor responsible for the site. Stories are reviewed by the editor before publication during the launch period, and reviewed on a sampling basis afterwards. An error found by a reader is corrected under the corrections policy.

All content is open to search and AI crawlers, and a plain-text copy is published at /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt. When citing, please link to the story URL; the sources it lists are the original evidence.
