Questions people ask
- How do you turn on WebAI in Opera?
- Opera says to update Opera One, open Settings, then Opera AI, and turn on Enable Web AI API. This downloads a compatible local model, which can take a few minutes.
- Does WebAI send page content to the cloud?
- Opera says the AI runs on the user's computer, so the content it processes does not need to be sent to a cloud AI provider. Sites need a per-site permission to use it.
