Tech AI LatestOracle announced at AI World on 26 October 2026 an agentic platform, delivered through Oracle AI Success Navigator, that uses six AI agents to automate discovery, design, configuration, testing, integration and adoption work when companies implement Fusion Cloud Applications. It runs on the Fusion Setup and Configuration Registry, a public Git repository of machine-readable setup skills. Early adopter Lexington Health says certain design and configuration effort fell by 80%. Pricing is not stated.

What Oracle announced
Oracle announced on 26 October 2026 an agentic AI platform to speed up the implementation and modernisation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, its suite for finance, HR, supply chain and customer experience. It is delivered through Oracle AI Success Navigator, Oracle's customer success programme.
The platform has six specialised agents. The Discovery Agent analyses a customer's current systems to find scope, process gaps and risks. The Design Agent turns business processes into application designs for review. The Configuration Agent builds Fusion configurations and prototypes. The Testing Agent builds use cases and aligns tests with configurations. The Integration Agent scopes integrations with existing systems and writes the code. The Innovation Agent ranks opportunities to adopt more application and AI features. Oracle says more agents will follow.
The registry underneath
The agents run on the Oracle Fusion Setup and Configuration Registry (FSCR), announced the same day. FSCR is a public Git repository that turns Fusion setup options, dependencies, sequencing, testing and validation into reusable AI skills. Oracle says assistants and coding agents from OpenAI and others can use it to turn requirements and policy documents into implementation runbooks, apply the setup directly in Fusion, then test and validate the result. Human experts review and approve configurations before deployment.
Executive vice president Chris Leone says teams "too often have to reconstruct critical setup and configuration knowledge for every implementation". Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Grant Thornton and Apex IT are quoted as planning to build their own accelerators on top of the registry.
The one customer number comes from Tom Tan of Lexington Health, a healthcare provider in mid-implementation. He says the agentic approach has let the organisation "reduce certain design and configuration efforts by 80 percent". That figure covers selected tasks, not the whole project.
What changed and why it matters
ERP implementations are long projects, and Oracle itself describes much of the setup work as manual and repetitive. Oracle is now encoding that knowledge in a public, machine-readable form that any agent can use, rather than in static guides. That changes the economics for systems integrators, who are being nudged from billable setup toward process redesign. It mirrors moves by SAP and Workday to put agents inside their own application suites.
Oracle does not say what the platform costs, when it is generally available, or how many customers use it beyond the early adopters. The 80% figure is a single customer's own estimate.
What to watch next
Watch for the FSCR repository's coverage of Fusion modules, results from partners using it on live projects, and whether Lexington Health's savings hold through testing and go-live. More enterprise automation news is under AI Automation.
What changed
| Before | Fusion setup knowledge lived in documentation and consultants' methods, rebuilt for each implementation |
|---|---|
| After | Six Oracle AI agents and a public Git registry of setup skills plan, apply, test and validate Fusion configuration, with human approval |
| Who it affects | Companies implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle systems integrators, and ERP project teams |
